Hi Everyone!

Just a quick note to say I am on the second day of Executive Committee training. It’s all been going really well and we are learning loads about the Students’ Union.

Really looking forward to Freshers’ week and meeting all you new students!

See you next week!

Hey Everyone!
So it has been pretty busy since my last update!
I attended lots of meetings such as the General Meeting where lots of the empty Senate Representative positions were filled! I also attended Executive Committee meetings, one to ones with the President and VP Education and Welfare, a Campaigns Sub-Committee, Academic Affairs Senate and chaired the Inclusion and Representation Senate.
As well as all of these I attended a Student Experience Working group about the Library and a Disabled Students’ Working Group. I went to Candidates Question Time for the 1st year rep, NUS delegate and RAG Vice Chair elections. Spent ten hours on the Ballot Box and attended the results.

Hey Everyone!
First I would like to apologise for the gap in my blog update!
Since the last update I have attended the usual weekly Executive committee meetings as well as Entertainments Sub-Committe and both the Academic Affairs and Inclusion and Representation Senates.
I'm really pleased with the way the Inclustion and Representation Senate has been this term.  All the representatives have been fantastic and there have been lots of useful student's issues raised.  I look forward to the Senate being able to run its own events next term and I am particularly looking forward to Culture Week! Keep you eyes peeled for more information about that!
In other news, a motion for the addition of a Gender Equality Representative to the Inclusion and Representation Senate was passed at a General Meeting in November.  Which is great news so as to make the Senate even more representative of the student membership!  There has been one other General Meeting since then which I also attended.
As well as numerous one-to-one meeting with James (President) and Charlotte (VP EdWelfare) I attended the launch of the 10:10 Campaign with the screening of the Age of Stupid and helped out at the Accomodation Day.
I also enjoyed watching the Drama Society's production of Quills, MTS's Forbidden Planet and the RAG Pantomime!
Hope you all have a fantastic Christmas holiday!

Hey Everyone!
Hope you have had great start back to Uni this term!
Despite the snow delaying my return to Egham I have been busy the last week i've been back!
I attended The Big Student Debate, which was a really fantastic way to discuss issues about the Student Experience with member of college staff.
I have also been to a Campaigns sub-committee, an Executive Committee meeting and had a one-to-one with James Pidgeon (President).
I also chaired the Inclusion and Representation Senate.  The Senate was incredibly productive this month as we discussed plans for Culture Week in March.  Watch this space for information about the exciting events that will be happening!
Thanks!

Hi everyone!
So loads has been happening since my last blog!
In terms of the usual stuff I have attended Executive Committee meetings, sub committee meetings and a General Meeting as well as 1-2-1 meetings with James Pidgeon.
As well these I attended a Disabled Students Working Group with  many members of college staff and the Educational Support Office.
You may have noticed the Sabbatical elections taking place! I spent 9 hours maning a ballot box as well as doing the count, going to Candidates Question Time and the Results night party.  I also went to Societies Ball which was great!
I chaired another Inclusion and Representation Senate, in which the ideas for culture week were finalised.  Look out for the I&R Senate's 'Identity Campaign' which kicks off next Monday! Keep an eye out for any of the senate representatives in our blue t-shirs and ask us about it, or just come down to the SU to find out more!
Looking forward to everyone getting involved in the 'Identity Campaign'!

Hey Everyone!
Lots have been going on since my last blog! Fresher’s week was really busy but loads of fun. I spent most of the week on the NUS Tent but was also on the Student’s Union stand in Fresher’s fair.   I also attended the first General Meeting which was on the Wednesday of fresher’s week.
Since then I have been to an Executive Committee meeting, been to Senate and Sub-Committee elections. Had a meeting with President and the VP Education of Welfare about Senate Representative training. Then yesterday we had the Representatives training.
There are still quite a few positions available in the Inclusion and Representation Senate from Hall representatives, Mature student rep, Disabled students rep and Ethnicity representative.   So if you would like to get involved then drop me an email at iandr@su.rhul.ac.uk.

Hey Everyone!
This week has been just as busy! I’ve had an Executive Committee meeting and I also sat on the Entertainments Sub-Committee.
As well as this was the first ever Inclusion and Representation Senate which went really well. I feel it’s going to be a really successful way to get student feedback on representation issues.
There are still positions to be filled on the Inclusion and Representation Senate and these positions are being elected in the General Meeting on Tuesday 13th of October. Email me at iandr@su.rhul.ac.uk for more information!
